Your Personal Assessment
What To Expect During Your Assessment
This is the first step in helping you to achieve your fitness goals and enjoy a whole new way to have fun while doing it.
You can expect this session to last about one hour. During this hour we will conduct a comprehensive fitness assessment which involves a series of measurements which will help us to determine your current health and fitness level. The purpose is to establish a baseline of your current status so we can prepare your program. Depending on this assessment we may place you into a group which has a comparable baseline set of measurements.
Important Note
If during our assessment we identify points of concern which may place you in compromising position with respect to your designed fitness program we will request that you receive a "Pre-Program" medical release from your medical practitioner to clear you to start our programs.
